Do you handle building control?
Yes, on conversions and structural work. It is included in the quote unless we say otherwise.
Can we live in the house during work?
Often yes for single rooms, rarely for whole-house jobs. We will be straight with you at the quote stage.
What if something goes wrong?
Two-year workmanship guarantee, and we come back. Manufacturer warranties are passed on to you.
