Do you really not bill by the hour?
Not for commercial work. Litigation is the exception, because the scope depends on what the other side does.
How quickly can you start?
Contract reviews usually start the same week. Disputes depend on how much paperwork there is to read first.
Do you work outside Yorkshire?
Yes. Most work is done remotely and we attend hearings anywhere in England and Wales.
